Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources announced its qualification programmes for February 2020 in Sharjah, Central Region and Eastern Region. (36) training programmes will be implemented for job seekers, holders of all academic qualifications listed in the system of Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources.
(11) qualification programmes will be carried out in Sharjah, consisting of Contemporary Training and Human Development, Modern Trends in Social Responsibility, Excellence and Innovation in Secretarial Work and Office Management, Job Preparations, Preparation of Legal Studies and Advice, Strategic Thinking and Business Planning, Achieving Excellence in Customer Service, Career Orientation Programme for the Job Interview System, Positive Behaviour in Life, Professional Diploma in Advanced Information Technology and Professional Diploma in Tourist Guidance.
As per the Central Region, (4) qualification programmes will be implemented: Preparation of Legal Studies and Advice, Excellence and Innovation in Secretarial Work and Office Management, Job Preparations and Positive Behaviour in Life.
(21) qualification programmes will be held in the Eastern Region, in Kalba, Khor Fakkan and Dibba Al Hisn. The following programmes will be held in Khor Fakkan: Financial Analysis, Planning and Budgeting, Anger Management, Electronic Management of Executive Secretarial Works, Happiness Strategy, Outstanding Employee Qualification, Effective Negotiation Strategies, Professional Human Resources Diploma and Career Orientation Programme for the Job Interview System.
The following programmes will be held in Kalba: Financial Analysis, Planning and Budgeting, Anger Management, Electronic Management of Executive Secretarial Works, Happiness Strategy, Outstanding Employee Qualification, Effective Negotiation Strategies, Career Orientation Programme for the Job Interview System and Nursery Supervisor Professional Diploma.
The following programmes will be held in Dibba Al Hisn: Self-planning for Job Excellence, Customer Relationship Management and Quality of Service, Decision-Making and Leadership in Difficult Situations, Creativity and Excellence in Correspondence Writing, and Thinking Development with Creativity and Excellence.
The locations of the qualification programmes will be announced according to the dates thereof specified on the Directorate’s social media accounts. The implementation of these programmes falls within the Directorate’s plan to develop and qualify the job seekers, as it designed these programmes according to the labour market requirements and to the curricula and standards locally and globally approved, in order to improve their performance and develop their skills to qualify them to join the labour marke.
